Privacy Policy
1. Purposes of processing
Makerify (by AGENTCURVE) ("we") processes personal information for: account registration and management (identity and account protection); providing the service (issuing and verifying subscription licenses); payment and refund handling; preventing abuse and keeping the service secure (sign-in attempt limits, bot protection); and responding to inquiries.
2. Personal information we process
Required: email address, name (display name), and password (stored only as a one-way hash; it cannot be recovered).
Collected automatically when you use the service: IP address (which may be grouped by network prefix for security limits), access time, request path and error codes in security logs, session cookies, and counts of failed sign-ins. Our bot-protection provider may process browser environment information to tell people from bots.
When you purchase: order ID, plan, amount and payment status. Payment method details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
License data: serial key, tier and expiry date.
3. Retention
We delete personal information without delay when you delete your account, except where the law requires us to keep it: records of contracts and withdrawals — 5 years; records of payments and supply of goods or services — 5 years; records of consumer complaints and disputes — 3 years (Act on the Consumers in Electronic Commerce); sign-in (access) records — 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act). Short-term security logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider.
4. Provision to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties, except where the law requires it.
5. Processors (entrusted processing)
PortOne — payment processing and payment lookup.
Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, data storage (Cloudflare D1), network security and bot protection (Turnstile).
Email delivery provider — sending verification and notification emails (Cloudflare Email Service; MailerSend may be used as a secondary provider). [Operator to confirm the provider in use]
6. Transfer abroad
Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) processes data on its global network, which may include data centers outside Korea. Items: all items in section 2. When: whenever you use the service, over the network. Purpose: hosting and security. Retention: until you delete your account or the processing agreement ends. You may refuse the transfer, but you will not be able to use the service.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent at any time by contacting contact_makerify@agentcurve.com. We act without delay (access requests within 10 days).
8. Destruction
When personal information is no longer needed we delete it from our database so that it cannot be restored. Information we must keep by law is stored separately until the retention period ends.
9. Security measures
Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes (PBKDF2-SHA256). Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. We apply access control, sign-in attempt limits, bot protection and security logging.
10. Cookies
We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in (HttpOnly and Secure). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
11. Children
The service is not offered to children under 14.

개인정보처리방침
1. 개인정보의 처리 목적
Makerify (by AGENTCURVE)(이하 "회사")는 다음 목적을 위해 개인정보를 처리합니다. 회원 가입 및 관리(본인 식별, 계정 보호), 서비스 제공(구독 라이선스 발급·검증), 결제 및 환불 처리, 부정 이용 방지와 서비스 보안(로그인 시도 제한, 봇 방지), 문의 대응.
2. 처리하는 개인정보 항목
필수 항목: 이메일 주소, 이름(표시명), 비밀번호(복원이 불가능한 단방향 해시로만 저장).
서비스 이용 과정에서 자동으로 수집되는 항목: 접속 IP 주소(보안 제한을 위해 네트워크 대역 단위로 묶어 처리될 수 있음), 접속 일시, 요청 경로 및 오류 코드가 포함된 보안 로그, 세션 쿠키, 로그인 실패 횟수. 봇 방지 제공자는 사람과 봇을 구분하기 위해 브라우저 환경 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
구매 시: 주문번호, 요금제, 결제 금액 및 결제 상태. 결제수단 정보는 결제대행사가 처리하며 회사는 카드번호를 저장하지 않습니다.
라이선스 정보: 시리얼 키, 등급, 만료일.
3. 보유 및 이용 기간
회원이 계정을 삭제하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관계 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다. 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록 5년, 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록 5년, 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록 3년(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률), 로그인(접속) 기록 3개월(통신비밀보호법). 단기 보안 로그는 호스팅 제공자가 정한 제한된 기간 동안 보관됩니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 법령에 근거가 있는 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 개인정보 처리업무의 위탁
포트원(PortOne): 결제 처리 및 결제 내역 조회.
Cloudflare, Inc.: 호스팅, 데이터 저장(Cloudflare D1), 네트워크 보안 및 봇 방지(Turnstile).
이메일 발송 업체: 인증·안내 이메일 발송(Cloudflare Email Service, 보조로 MailerSend를 사용할 수 있음). [실제 사용 업체는 운영자 확정 필요]
6. 개인정보의 국외 이전
Cloudflare, Inc.(미국)는 국외 데이터센터를 포함한 글로벌 네트워크에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이전 항목: 제2호의 모든 항목. 이전 시기 및 방법: 서비스 이용 시 네트워크를 통해 전송. 이전 목적: 호스팅 및 보안. 보유 기간: 계정 삭제 또는 위탁계약 종료 시까지. 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으나 거부하면 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
7. 정보주체의 권리
정보주체는 언제든지 contact_makerify@agentcurve.com 로 개인정보의 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지, 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다(열람 요구는 10일 이내).
8. 개인정보의 파기
개인정보가 불필요하게 되면 복구할 수 없도록 데이터베이스에서 삭제합니다. 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 정보는 보존 기간이 끝날 때까지 별도로 보관합니다.
9. 안전성 확보 조치
비밀번호는 솔트가 적용된 단방향 해시(PBKDF2-SHA256)로 저장합니다. 전송 구간은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다. 접근 통제, 로그인 시도 제한, 봇 방지, 보안 로그 관리를 적용합니다.
10. 쿠키
로그인 상태 유지를 위한 필수 쿠키만 사용하며(HttpOnly, Secure), 광고·분석 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다.
11. 아동의 개인정보
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동에게 제공되지 않습니다.
