Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms govern your use of the Makerify website, account system and subscription license service (the "Service") operated by Makerify (by AGENTCURVE) ("we", "us").
2. Definitions
"Member" means a person who has registered an account. "Subscription License" means the right to use paid Makerify features for a limited period. "Serial Key" means the unique code issued to a Member when a purchase is completed.
3. Effect and changes
These Terms take effect when published on the Service. We may change them to the extent permitted by law. We announce changes on the Service at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days if the change is unfavorable to Members). Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the change.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is not offered to children under 14. Report suspected unauthorized use to contact_makerify@agentcurve.com.
5. The Service
We provide account management, subscription purchase, and license issuance and verification. We may change or suspend features for operational or technical reasons and will give notice where reasonably possible.
6. Plans and payment
Plans, periods and prices are shown on the billing page. Payments are processed by PortOne and its payment gateway partners; we do not store card numbers.
A plan is a fixed-period purchase and does not renew automatically. Buying the same tier while it is active extends the expiry date by the purchased period. Buying a higher tier takes effect immediately and starts a new period from the time of payment; the remaining period of the previous tier is not carried over. Buying a lower tier while a higher tier is active is not permitted until it expires.
7. License
A Serial Key is for the purchasing Member only and may not be sold, shared or transferred. Paid features are available while the license is active and not revoked. When a license expires, is refunded or is revoked, paid features are restricted. The Makerify application may keep working offline for a limited period based on the last verified license.
8. Withdrawal and refunds
[Operator to confirm] You may withdraw a purchase and receive a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used the paid features or activated the Serial Key. Where withdrawal is restricted by law (for example after digital content has started to be provided with your consent), refunds are limited accordingly. After a refund, the license period granted by that purchase is withdrawn. To request a refund, contact contact_makerify@agentcurve.com.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not: bypass or test security controls without written permission; use automated means to create accounts or attempt sign-ins; share or resell Serial Keys; interfere with the operation of the Service; or violate any law or the rights of others.
10. Suspension and termination
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting contact_makerify@agentcurve.com. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, after notice where practicable.
11. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided as is within the limits of law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. [Court to be confirmed by the operator]

이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 Makerify (by AGENTCURVE)(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 Makerify 웹사이트, 계정 시스템 및 구독 라이선스 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 회원의 권리·의무 및 책임을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)
"회원"은 계정을 등록한 자를 말합니다. "구독 라이선스"는 일정 기간 동안 Makerify의 유료 기능을 이용할 수 있는 권리를 말합니다. "시리얼 키"는 구매가 완료될 때 회원에게 발급되는 고유 코드를 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
이 약관은 서비스에 게시한 때 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 내용은 시행 7일 전(회원에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 서비스에 공지합니다. 공지된 시행일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
제4조 (계정)
회원은 정확한 정보를 제공하고 비밀번호를 안전하게 관리해야 하며, 계정에서 이루어진 활동에 대한 책임은 회원에게 있습니다. 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동에게 제공되지 않습니다. 무단 사용이 의심되면 contact_makerify@agentcurve.com 로 즉시 알려 주십시오.
제5조 (서비스의 내용)
회사는 계정 관리, 구독 구매, 라이선스 발급 및 검증 기능을 제공합니다. 회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 기능을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 가능한 경우 사전에 공지합니다.
제6조 (요금제 및 결제)
요금제, 이용 기간 및 가격은 결제 화면에 표시됩니다. 결제는 포트원(PortOne) 및 결제대행사를 통해 처리되며, 회사는 카드번호를 저장하지 않습니다.
요금제는 기간제 구매이며 자동 갱신되지 않습니다. 이용 중인 등급과 같은 등급을 구매하면 구매한 기간만큼 만료일이 연장됩니다. 더 높은 등급을 구매하면 즉시 적용되며 결제 시점부터 새 기간이 시작되고, 이전 등급의 잔여 기간은 승계되지 않습니다. 상위 등급 이용 중에는 만료 전까지 하위 등급을 구매할 수 없습니다.
제7조 (라이선스)
시리얼 키는 구매한 회원 본인만 사용할 수 있으며 판매·공유·양도할 수 없습니다. 라이선스가 유효하고 회수되지 않은 동안 유료 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 라이선스가 만료, 환불 또는 회수되면 유료 기능의 이용이 제한됩니다. Makerify 애플리케이션은 마지막으로 검증된 라이선스를 기준으로 제한된 기간 동안 오프라인에서도 동작할 수 있습니다.
제8조 (청약철회 및 환불)
[운영자 확정 필요] 결제일부터 7일 이내이고 유료 기능을 사용하거나 시리얼 키를 활성화하지 않은 경우 청약철회 및 전액 환불이 가능합니다. 디지털 콘텐츠의 제공이 회원의 동의로 시작된 경우 등 법령상 청약철회가 제한되는 경우에는 그 범위에서 환불이 제한됩니다. 환불이 이루어지면 해당 구매로 부여된 라이선스 기간은 회수됩니다. 환불 요청은 contact_makerify@agentcurve.com 로 문의해 주십시오.
제9조 (금지 행위)
회원은 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다. 서면 허락 없이 보안 장치를 우회하거나 시험하는 행위, 자동화된 수단으로 계정을 생성하거나 로그인을 시도하는 행위, 시리얼 키를 공유하거나 재판매하는 행위, 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위, 법령 또는 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위.
제10조 (이용 제한 및 해지)
회원은 언제든지 contact_makerify@agentcurve.com 로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 회사는 이 약관을 위반한 계정의 이용을 제한하거나 해지할 수 있으며, 가능한 경우 사전에 통지합니다.
제11조 (면책 및 책임의 제한)
서비스는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 현재 상태 그대로 제공됩니다. 회사는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 간접 손해·결과적 손해, 천재지변 또는 제3자 서비스로 인한 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임은 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
제12조 (준거법 및 관할)
이 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다. [관할 법원은 운영자 확정 필요]
